Marley New Zealand Limited and Ideal Electrical Stand Up Paddle Board Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this promotions is Ideal Electrical and Marley New Zealand Limited (together, Promoter).
2. Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Employees of Ideal Electrical and Marley New Zealand Limited, their agencies, and members of their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
4. Entrants must be Ideal Electrical Trade account holders (Account Holders). Entry into the draw is valid only on an Ideal Electrical trade account operated within agreed Terms of Trade.
5. The promotion commences 6:00 am on Monday 11 November 2024 and closes 6:00 pm on Friday 31 January 2025 (NZDST) (Promotional Period).
6. Every $200 ex. GST of Marley Flexible or Rigid Conduit purchased in one transaction during the Promotional Period entitles the Account Holder to one (1) entry to the promotion draw. Entry becomes invalid if the purchased product is returned for credit or exchanged for an alternative non-qualifying product. Each qualifying accumulative spend totalling $200 ex. GST on Marley Flexible or Rigid Conduit in the same transaction entitles the Account Holder to a further 1 entry into the draw.
7. Where an order is placed online the Account Holder will earn double entries.

9. The winners of the promotion will be determined by two random draws from all valid entries on Monday 16 December 2024 and Monday 3 February 2025. The first valid entry drawn from the entries received at each Ideal Electrical branch during the Promotional Period will win an Ideal x Marley stand up paddle board package.
10. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 5 working days of the draw using the details listed on the Ideal Electrical Ltd trade account database.
11. In the event a winner cannot be contacted, (that is, cannot be reached by telephone and/or does not respond to email) within 14 days of the draw, that winner automatically forfeits the Prize, and another winner will be drawn (in which case, the provisions of this clause will apply to that new winner).
12. Prize details 96 x Ideal Electrical x Marley stand up paddle board packages to be given away. Limited to 1 x package per draw per Ideal Store.
13. Maximum one (1) prize per Account Holder.
14. Prizes are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or service.
15. The winners take the Prize entirely at their own risk and will be responsible for complying with all laws and requirements relating to the Prize. Any failure by the winner to comply with the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize supplier(s) may result in the Prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter of the Prize supplier(s).
